Our coaching focuses on stroke analysis and fitness improvement. A more efficient swimming technique allows an athlete to build speed from the ground up.

Cycling

With a CompuTrainer, our indoor cycling classes provide an interesting and effective cycling experience. We improve cycling using power-based software and cycling mechanics. Outdoors, we work on bike handling, shifting and effective time trialing.

Running

Our coaching focuses on improving running efficiency with gait analysis and running drills. We improve run fitness with effective periodization used by the top athletes in the sport. Our running philosophy is taken from two sources: the Pose Method of Running and Bobby McGee Running.

Triathlon

Our individualized athlete approach builds on the swimming, cycling and running programs to include weekly training plans, workout analyses and daily contact that are delivered through Training Peaks. Our Triathlon program also includes equipment analysis, tips for better transitions, nutrition advice and race-day readiness strategies.

General Fitness

If you’re looking for better general fitness and a healthier way of life, our holistic approach to health and fitness works for nonathletes as well.
