Training Peaks

XFactor uses the Training Peaks system to collect subjective and objective data and deliver information to our athletes. Training Peaks allows coaches to have daily contact with athletes and incorporate periodization. Periodization is a planning method of structuring training into terms based on training volume and intensity; each term is based on training intentions.

One-on-One Communication

Our one-on-one approach allows XFactor coaches to analyze and objectively adjust each athlete’s training on a day-to-day basis. We encourage constant feedback from athletes so we can make adjustments to further improve their performance. Our ability to adapt a structured training plan to any lifestyle enables optimal training for athletes with limited time.
